How do these air filters work? -- Unlike air filters which normally use filters to remove contaminants our air purifiers remove smoke and contaminants by propagating healthy negative ions into the air and removing them. So you should see an immediate effect.

What is the difference between Smoke Trap & Capture? -- Smoke Trap being a smaller unit is portable and can easily be used inside vehicles to remove smoke. Capture on the other hand, is larger and has significantly higher levels of healthy negative ion output and is great for offices and more stationary uses.

How do you clean the ionic ashtrays since they do not need filters? -- The simplest way to clean ionic ashtrays is by using an alcohal dampened cloth and thoroughly cleaning all surfaces.

How do the ionic ashtrays remove smoke? -- The electronic engine of these ashtrays produce healthy negative ions. These ions attach themselves to the particles of smoke & tar and are then drawn to the positive surfaces of the ashtrays and condensing on those surfaces.
